Hello, here is the information you provided. I recently restored Win 11 x64 Pro three days ago. Previously, I experienced issues on Windows 10, not on Ubuntu, though I hadn’t played games there. My system is a 4-year-old machine from August 2019. It’s an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Wraith Stealth Edition (3.4 GHz) paired with an ASRock B450M-Pro 4 Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W Corsair Vengeance LPX Series Low Profile 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000 MHz CL16 Noir RX VEGA 56 from MSI. I rebuilt everything using default and AMD Pro drivers, adjusting GPU RAM speed to 2133 instead of the original 2933. After that, crashes occurred occasionally—usually a black screen or no keyboard light, with the graphics card LEDs shutting off and fans running at maximum. Sometimes it loops back into booting when a BSOD appears, and I’ve noticed a stuck thread in device driver errors. A smart power adapter showed around 270W during gaming. In 2019, I sent the motherboard, CPU, and RAM to the seller, who confirmed everything was fine and even changed my RAM from 2133 to 2933. Probably they didn’t stress test the setup. Appreciate your help!

Sorry about the disruption, but relocating the game to my SSD reduced the crashes. They dropped from once every two hours to once every five, possibly just a coincidence. I've tried various things, though; the crashes appear when loading something—like opening a building tab.
Begin by removing the BIOS battery, then reinstall it. Also, detach one RAM stick and install a new 8GB RAM stick. Boot the PC from that setup.
