I tried different approaches but couldn't find a reliable method to bypass the warning. It seems the system is designed to prevent such actions.

What version of Mac do you have? Which operating system are you attempting to set up?

Consider starting from a Windows installer USB drive. Check for any issues that appear during the process. Avoid relying on the boot camp tool, as you can complete everything in other applications.

Yes, you can dual boot this setup. It won’t completely replace MacOS but will allow you to run both operating systems. To access Windows, you’ll need to boot from the USB, press the Alt key during startup, and choose the USB drive.

You can install a second operating system this way. Reduce the partition size and allocate the remaining space to Windows. Just choose Windows from the boot options.
