Hi all,
I’m having a problem where my computer won’t boot at all, even though everything plugged in seems to work. When I jump it from the FPS card on the motherboard, nothing happens. If I go under the board and jump the pins 4 and 5, it powers up but turns off as soon as I take off the paper clip. I’ve noticed that during the paper clip method, the RAM doesn’t light up while everything else does. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
