I’ve faced problems with my Bluetooth on my Wi-Fi card since installation. Every time the PC powers off, the driver would stop working, which made troubleshooting difficult. Eventually, I bought a replacement BT dongle. It worked after sleep but still couldn’t connect to anything. I thought it might have defaulted to the original device, so I turned off the PC and unplugged the card. Now my system won’t start at all—only lights and fans are active. How can I investigate this further?
