The current version is 10.18.15.4278, and the only available setting is to keep display scaling and custom aspect ratio.

If it doesn’t work, you’ll need to adapt to a 16:9 format. I think 16:9 looks better in CSGO compared to 4:3 because it offers a wider view. For higher FPS, you can play at 1366 X 768 resolution. Just be aware that you might still see black bars, or it might not happen—experiment to find what works.
