Do you require a BIOS connection? On Windows, open Start, then left-click Shift and select Restart. After that, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced > UEFI Firmware > and finally click "Restart." It will bring you back to the BIOS setup. Your BIOS might let you turn off the Gigabyte branding during boot, which could display a light blue Windows icon instead. Also, repeatedly pressing "Delete" or "F2" often gets you into the BIOS when power is turned on, provided you press the correct key as soon as the power button is pressed. Unless you need to enter the BIOS, this is completely normal.
