I obtained a free Xbox 360 in an unknown condition from the first generation (Xenon). I opened it up, replaced the cooling paste, and cleaned everything with compressed air. After connecting it, everything turned on without any red rings on the A/V cable from another Xbox 360. However, no audio or video signal appears. I tested the cable with another Xbox 360, and both the cable and TV function correctly. The port works normally, which would trigger a red ring according to the support site. Could be the GPU?
