I'm using it on a 7200RPM 3TB storage, singleplayer runs quickly—under a minute—but online access is slow, taking about two minutes. SSDs won't improve the online performance, which is the main problem I'm facing.

I've checked it out; some suggest running windowed, others think it's related to my CPU or that the SSDs are nearing capacity (though the disk mark was completed after installing GTA V). I have 16GB DDR4 and a 5820k at 3GHz.

It's strange how sometimes it takes a long time to start, but once it begins it finishes quickly. I haven't seen this happen lately.

It improves the initial load time in singleplayer, though connecting to GTA Online is still sluggish. For such a massive title, performance on a hard drive is generally acceptable.

Playing it on a console and switching characters quickly is really smooth once you get the hang of it. With an SSD and a solid PC, those changes happen in just a few seconds. If you have enough space, it feels great and makes the game worth the room.

Additionally, I use raid 0, and the game starts loading in about a minute after clicking the desktop icon. It looks like there might be an issue with your configuration.
