Checking if flck/flclk frequency helps with FPS stutters is the topic here. I've experienced stuttering in nearly every game over the past year, even though my PC is only a year old and I have solid water cooling. I've been considering adjusting my RAM speed to half—my 3200MHz RAM is set to 1600—and wondering if that could improve performance. I also want to know whether turning those processors on or off would help, as mentioned in another picture.

You might have misunderstood the RAM specifications. An advertised 3200MT/s actually indicates a clock speed of around 1600MHz, which helps avoid confusion between MHz and MT/s. RAM performance improves until the system clock reaches its limits, such as the FCLK frequency (typically 1866MHz or higher for Ryzen processors). Beyond that, instability or desynchronization can cause performance drops. Speccy displays the actual memory frequency, ensuring you're using the best possible speed for your RAM. Sometimes boosting the FCLK to its maximum while keeping the memory unchanged can help, but this depends on your tasks and may not always enhance gaming speed. It’s worth trying to see if it makes a difference.

I'm planning to try it out and check for any changes in how it performs.
