Through some troubleshooting, I realized it resembles pulling the GPU out while the system is still running. I replaced the GPU with an old GT 730 and haven't had any crashes since then. The 5600XT uses digital output, so I needed a VGA-HDMI adapter. Could this be causing the crashes? It seems unlikely to be a driver or Windows issue, as I haven’t updated anything recently. Heat could also be a factor—crash can occur even after a few minutes of normal startup temperatures. UPDATE: I purchased a new DVI-HDMI connector and haven’t experienced any crashes since installing the 5600XT. It appears the faulty VGA-HDMI adapter was the culprit. UPDATE 2: The system crashed again. If it’s not driver or Windows-related, the GPU might be failing.
