I suspect the riser was affected during assembly, even though everything seems fine in device manager. On OBS it appears but doesn’t show up, while Arc control shows no output. Audio works correctly, and a quick screen flash appears when HDMI is unplugged. Looping still functions properly. I’ve verified all components before printing the parts for this Nucbox, so I’m certain the riser was damaged. Windows reports no issues, which is confusing. Can I check the riser directly? I’m using a PCIe2 capture card and a riser rated for PCIe4 from AliExpress.

The mini PCIe only supports a single connection, which means the capture card might not have sufficient speed for the image quality you're recording.

Connected to an NVMe SSD port instead of the mini PCIe slot, the K9 supports PCIe version 4 Gen 4.

Verify the PCIe speed and width of the capture card. Open Device Manager, right-click the capture card, select Properties, then check the details for PCI current link speed and PCI current speed width. It should display something like Gen3x4.
