I own an Asus TUF B450 Plus gaming board and have a Ryzen 2600 processor. I’m checking if the 5700X would fit well without stressing the VRMs. I’m concerned about compatibility given my case has two side fans aimed at the CPU, RAM, and VRMs, plus one exhaust fan. The PSU is an 80+ Gold 750W unit, which should be fine. Please let me know if everything looks good!

It looks like you're suggesting a specific update. Make sure to install the most recent BIOS version, such as the one with Agesa 1207.

Avoid harming anything with any Ryzen 5000 series. The VRM may not handle top CPUs like R9 5950X at their maximum, which could lead to slight underperformance or instability. An 8-core setup should work well.
