It reached 87°C after about 20 minutes of testing. My COU usually operates at 48°C idle and 55-60°C during games.

You didn’t create this thread before. The 87c works in Realbench, though it isn’t ideal. Your gaming temperatures at 55–60°C look normal and acceptable.

In your area it's acceptable at +30c, but at 20c it's quite harsh, particularly for such a slow clock.
