Get BF4—it's not as chaotic as BF3, and 5€ feels like a fair price. Plus, the BF3 DLCs are usually disappointing.
BF3 is really bad, BF4 was also poor but they managed to address many problems, especially the netcode improved a lot though it’s still not perfect.
The BF4 premium edition is the top option available, often available at low prices in shops. I saw one for 32€ at a nearby store.
