Last night I decided to test Smart access memory, so I turned it on in the BIOS. I’m not sure exactly how, but it seems to have turned on 4G decoding and HD audio too. When I turned off SAM, those features stayed enabled. Should I disable the 4G decoding as well?

It has no disadvantages, so keep it as is. This feature is typically turned off by default but is necessary for reBar/SAM to function.

It's a memory access range configuration. I will have zero effect on gaming (aside from the previously discussed requirement to have it on with SAM/reBAR).
