I'm preparing to build a PC and I found out the CPU I picked (Amd Ryzen 2600) only supports dual-channel memory. If I use four 8GB sticks, will it recognize all 32GB of RAM? Plus, I still need more components Sad

You do not necessarily need 4 sticks of RAM. Nice to have. But not a need.

I need 32GB of RAM because I plan to run Minecraft and keep Chrome open in the background. I also have around 2GB of DDR2 memory, which means I really just like having a lot more space available.

Everyone finds it a bit tricky to understand. The processor features two memory channels, each capable of holding up to two memory sticks. On the motherboard, if there are only two slots, the manufacturer sets one slot per channel, allowing dual channel mode with one stick per channel. If there are four slots, you can place the two sticks in the correct positions for dual channel—such as first and third or second and fourth—and each channel will have two sticks.
