Hi there, I purchased a used Palit GamingPro RTX 3090 from eBay. The seller mentioned it hasn’t been used much, and the condition seems to match. There’s no dust or wear on the fan blades, and the warranty stickers are still visible. Under load, the fans quickly reach 100% speed, about 3600 rpm, which is quite high—almost like a jet engine nearby. This keeps the card at around 80°C and maintains the advertised clock speed of roughly 1650 MHz. I tested it without the side panels, so airflow isn’t restricted. The room temperature is 20°C. Is this the normal behavior? I thought fan speeds shouldn’t exceed around 2000 rpm. Thanks for your advice!
