Hey rubix, do you have any real methods to check for actual galvanic corrosion or buildup? Is it mainly about what you see, or things like temperature changes? Most signs are visual—like cloudy water or a greenish crust on fittings. If the buildup is severe, your cooling system won’t work as well because those pin-like surfaces are usually where corrosion starts.

Would nickel or chrome brass tube plating stop this corrosion, or is it secure to use brass or bronze tubing?
