I have thoroughly explored the internet without success in locating a resolution to this problem, so I am now submitting my concern. To provide context, here are my system specifications:

Operating System: Windows 10
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R5 M330
Processor: Intel Core i5-5200U @ 2.20GHz
Memory: 8GB
Device: HP Laptop
*Important Note:* My laptop recently underwent internal cleaning and had its thermal paste replaced.

THE PROBLEM:
I initiate the game, it loads successfully, and maintains exceptionally high frame rates exceeding 60 fps. However, after approximately 4-5 minutes of gameplay, the game experiences significant lag and stuttering. I am encountering this identical issue with FIFA 15, and I respectfully request assistance from the community.

The device might be overheating, or if you’re using it on its battery power (without being connected), the performance could decrease to conserve energy. Cleaning the system internally will reduce overheating, and adjusting the power settings to “High Performance” while running on battery will resolve performance problems, though it will rapidly deplete the battery.

Only the Run and FIFA 15 are experiencing this problem; other games, such as Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4, maintain stable performance even after extended play sessions – approximately an hour. My graphics settings are configured for maximum performance for these specific programs. It’s unlikely to be a cooling issue, as I've examined temperatures using MSI Afterburner, which reach 80 degrees. Run and FIFA 15 consistently stutter after a few minutes, while other games with similar GPU temperatures don’t exhibit this lag. I am extremely frustrated by this persistent problem.

If you’ve obtained those titles through the Origin (EA) platform, attempting a game repair might be beneficial. I recently encountered an analogous problem where gameplay performance was poor and, inexplicably, some files were absent.

What's the best way to fix a malfunctioning game? I recently observed that The Run and FIFA 15 were both developed by the same company (EA), and I’m wondering how to address any potential issues. Previously, I’ve attempted multiple re-installations in the past.

I’m looking for guidance on fixing a game. I recently observed that The Run and FIFA 15 were developed by the same company – EA. I've already attempted to reinstall these games multiple times previously. Are you familiar with using Origin, EA’s platform similar to Steam? You can usually resolve issues by right-clicking a game in your library and selecting the “repair” option. I’m unable to provide precise instructions at this moment because I don't have access to my computer currently.

Alright, so I haven’t installed those games through Origin; instead, I obtained them from Ocean of Games. Therefore, you suspect this might be the problem, even though all my other games are sourced from that same website.

shauryaawasthi21: Oh okay, well i don't have those games installed via origin, I downloaded them from oceanof games website.... So you think that might be the issue, but other games are also from that site only... So we can't help with pirated software but more then likely that is the cause of your performance issues as there could be mining malware built into that software or something nasty like that.

Right, I need to acquire and experience these games through Origin; therefore, the problem is probably with the application rather than my computer. I’ll investigate further…
