Obtain an emulator and enjoy classic SNES, NES, and GBA titles that will keep you busy for hours. Try Civ games, AoE2 (I didn’t play 3), Face of Mankind (free on Steam isn’t clear), and Unturned (also available on Steam).
Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate your input, especially your last suggestion. Most of these games I haven't played yet. Regarding the slow performance, it could be due to my CPU not meeting the minimum requirements, though mine is stronger than what’s needed. The mouse lag might be caused by a weak processor or a faulty connection, only showing delayed input in the game. It seems like my system could handle it better. The offline connection warning from Steam suggests I need to enable internet access for the game to load properly. Hope this helps!
