I already possess a water cooler double fan radiator, so I’m ready to proceed. The only remaining task is locating a motherboard. I’ll need to do some research and discover the recommended power supply options, possibly upgrading mine if necessary.

They mentioned the 3950X would include "Wraith Prism with RGB LED" on their site. This quick update just shows how powerful those processors are, should be at least 200W—comparable to the 9900K.

It's not unexpected—it has twice the cores. Even at a scorching 9900K, that's still quite impressive.

Both AMD and Intel need to cease releasing misleading and altered TDP figures for their devices. The amount of electricity used equals the heat generated, making the actual power usage a better indicator than the numbers companies publish for CPUs.
