I purchased a Numeric 600EX UPS three days ago and had it charged initially. The charging LED stays illuminated continuously even when the UPS is unplugged, and it has remained on for three days. This behavior seems unusual. I also have another Numeric 600EX UPS from January 2024, where the charging LED does not stay on when the unit is off. Additionally, when I switch on mains power, the "Low Battery" RED LED lights up for one second before turning off, and then the charging LED activates.

this appears to be a warning about not charging. there seems to be no manual available. you might want to contact them or return the item.
