New Wired Mouse is facing the same problem as the previous model.
I'm experiencing issues with my mouse, but it seems the problem isn't limited to the device itself. Regardless of the USB port used—whether hub or otherwise—it loses tracking, the sensor flickers, and clicks from all five buttons fail to register. Occasionally, it moves to a different part of the screen as if pushed, or it registers a left click without any interaction with the left mouse button. Under heavy system load, such as when rendering 3D content in a game or editor, my speakers would buzz, which I resolved by upgrading my audio equipment. Initially, this only occurred during tracking in software like Unity, but now it happens unpredictably. These occurrences are intermittent and began with the last mouse I received, a generic model from around 2019. I replaced it, yet clearly something beyond the mouse was involved.
I've attempted to reinstall drivers, downloaded chipset drivers, updated them, and checked device manager settings to prevent accidental shutdowns. I've also tried minimizing interference from other cables or lines.
I'm still puzzled about the root cause. Could it be a lack of stable power? Might my motherboard no longer support mice? It feels like a bad luck situation with these devices.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?
I'd avoid USB hubs, and work with USB ports on the motherboard alone.
