Hey everyone, I recently upgraded my computer with a new HDD and SSD, along with a fresh Windows install. On my HDD, many of the games I downloaded show clear stuttering. The ones on SSD—Total War Rome 2 and Arma 3—function normally. The only consistent issue is with BF4, which still lags even when I adjust graphics settings. Other games that stutter are unaffected by any changes I make. I’ve tried reinstalling DirectX multiple times and checked various fixes from forums, but nothing resolved the problem.

It's a H60 model. I purchased it for $30 during a sale. I plan to upgrade my CPU later, but not right away.
