As mentioned, I’m unable to modify the settings because they’re controlled by your company’s configuration. On Windows Security/Firewall (see attached image), there’s no option to change this. I didn’t use any work or school email on Windows, and it’s a brand-new installation. Besides reinstalling Windows 11, there are no other solutions available. I do have my work email saved in MS Office apps but not in Windows, and I chose “No” when asked if the organization can manage my device.
the team seems to be approachable and cooperative. it could help to confirm whether the device was mistakenly added to their system. also, it’s likely you avoided any problematic tools or corrupted installations.
The cleanup process has been adjusted to maintain helpful feedback. Are you working with a preview version of the build?
I'm using version 23H2 and haven't tried any preview releases. I contacted the IT team, but it's been over two weeks with no reply. They seem unlikely to respond again. Since I don't use debbloat tools and rely on Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, I'm wondering if it's possible to inspect or update the registry or group policy. I've looked through some online articles and forums, but they don't seem relevant to my networking issue.
