I recently purchased a new webcam (Hoopson WC-002) and encountered problems when trying to use it in any application. It suddenly changes the color to black and white after a few minutes, then freezes afterward.

System details:
- Operating system: Windows 10
- No additional information provided

I have already attempted:
- Restarting the PC
- Using a different USB port
- Enabling camera access for apps
- Updating drivers via Device Manager
- Uninstalling and checking devices via Device Manager
- Disabling antivirus
- Turning off non-Windows services
- Setting a registry key to enable frame server mode

I also ran scans using CMD and restored Windows to a previous state. The issue persists on another PC (Windows 7) as well, suggesting the problem might be with the camera hardware itself.

Please let me know if you need further assistance or additional system details.

Because it performs the same action on another device, the initial step is to reach out to their support or consider returning it for an improved version.
