Absolutely, it's best to reinstall the original version. Fixing origin games can be problematic.

I've tried a fresh reinstall twice and it actually made things worse. The game freezes immediately when it starts a match. I'm using the 337.88 drivers. I've also moved files into the game folders and reinstalled Direct X. I ran ccleaner between uninstalls, so I'm sure it's not the user-created SLI profile from Titanfall anymore. Any other ideas? I can navigate to the main screen and adjust settings, but it still crashes right after loading a level.

I checked the Titanfall discussion boards and found a post mentioning it’s not clearly confirmed that the game works with any version besides dx11. It looks odd since the system requirements call for a GeForce 8800GT card.

The Titanfall site confirms that DX11 is essential for the game. Their system specs show a strict need for it, even though other hardware requirements seem mixed.

I know it's Dx11, but I was testing it slowly on a 9800 GTX+ before. I'm curious about the updates in this latest patch.
