been trying to overclock for a while now and just did it today. this was my first time, so i was curious about the temperatures and what else to watch out for. i have an AMD FX 8320e and my motherboard is m5a97 R2.0.
i was keeping it at 60 c during the last test in skydiver.

Temperature and voltage are excellent, performance is solid. VCore at 1.45v with temperature below 85 under load is ideal. Consider running a realbench/aida64 stress test to verify stability.

Temperature and voltage are excellent, you're doing well. VCore is at 1.45v with temperature below 85 under load, which is great. Consider running the realbench/aida64 stress test to verify stability. I just got realbench, so should I run the stress test for 15 minutes? I tested it for a minute and my CPU reached 75°C, so I want to be sure I'm doing it correctly.

30 minutes, under 85 is acceptable
I tested it for 6 minutes and it reached 87°C. No crashes occurred.

Your cooling isn't sufficient, reduce the speed slightly.

Your cooling isn't powerful enough, so a slight speed reduction is acceptable. I've already asked another question about whether I should buy an AIO cooler. Check out this link: Should I just pick one up or make sure it fits my case and GPU?
