My initial experience with a game that relied heavily on the mouse today was Unreal Tournament. Before that, many first-person shooters lacked full 3D movement and depended mostly on keyboard inputs. I believe a single-player FPS where you navigate with the mouse and use WASD for movement would be ideal for learning. This is one of the few recommendations I have for tackling a Call of Duty campaign. Make sure to control the character with the mouse for left and right, and use A and D for sideways movement. In my view and based on my play, this approach will help you adapt to most skill-based keyboard and mouse techniques in PC games.

Skyrim 2 offers a faster-paced FPS experience similar to Titanfall or CS:GO, allowing you to sharpen your abilities more rapidly than in slower titles like Skyrim. It remains an FPS format. 3. The keyboard and mouse design is appealing; mouse choice mainly depends on personal taste, while the keyboard—though not mechanical—functions adequately for beginners. If you enjoy using a standard keyboard and mouse setup (such as the Logitech G502 Proteus Core), you might prefer upgrading to a mechanical keyboard, which offers superior performance for gaming. The switch to a mechanical keyboard can significantly improve key response times, though preference plays a big role in your choice. I’m currently using a Corsair K65 RGB Cherry MX Red Keyboard (link provided) for my setup.
