I own a dual monitor configuration—one LG 24-inch LCD and the other an XP-Pen tablet. I need to make the tablet my main display, but it doesn’t behave as expected. The LG is connected to my 1060 GPU, while the tablet connects via HDMI. Whenever I open a game, it launches on the tablet instead of the LG. I’ve noticed some games let me pick which screen to use, but I want all games to default to the LG. Is there a method to ensure the LG is always the primary display without changing the tablet’s role?
The only solution is to designate the monitor for gaming as your main display or adjust each game to use a secondary screen, though this may become difficult with many titles.
Software supports multiple monitors that can redirect any app to a chosen display. For optimal performance, games should operate in windowed mode. You can also set up monitor profiles for quick adjustments. This feature helps switch efficiently between the main displays.
