New thread weaver!?
I believe SLI isn't doing very well right now, based on what I remember. It was a solid game I played on Xbox One, and if you enjoyed the original, you might like the updated version too. It could have been improved, but I haven’t kept up with it much since.
I bought it for $30 and believe it’s a good value. It seems to support SLI but the scaling looks questionable. I’m not entirely confident about that. Also, if you’re using a surround setup, running it on one monitor can be quite challenging because of the aspect ratio problems.

People often complain about SLI, but my experience shows it works smoothly on any single high-end card. I'm using 1440p DSR with high settings, FXAA at 50-60fps+, triple buffer Vsync, and a modest OC on a 980. The game runs well and I'm really enjoying it. The more I play, the harder it becomes to stop. If you liked TR 2013, you'll like this one too. I purchased it the day before its release for 23% off—it was a great deal. Just keep in mind the AA settings; besides FXAA, it looks poor at 1080p, which is why I choose 1440p with DSR for better results.
I completely get your point. It’s not as if you’re stuck out of the game or that performance drops drastically with a single card. There’s also an update for SLI now, which addresses some of these issues. When I played the crossfire 290, I didn’t mind missing out on CF support since the game still worked well at maxed settings anyway.
1. The Game is good 2. The Graphics are awesome 3. SLI?..muhahaha
