Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
You also look like you put the rams in the wrong slots. They should be on slots A2 and B2.

You'll need to supply more info. The pictures are pretty useless. Look at other posts for examples of what is needed.
