If anyone has tried the new Star Wars game, could you share your thoughts on it? I thought it might have a Dark Souls-like feel, but I was curious to know more before buying.

Take a look at various reviews and some gameplay clips – there are options that skip major story details and spoilers. It seems to fit well, though I don’t know the exact length. There’s replay potential, but since it’s a single-player title, the chances are limited. If you enjoy stories or solo play, check those videos first and then decide to buy if you like.

I play it. It's really good and challenging. M+K work perfectly too. Great Stawars feeling. No bugs or crashes. No reason not to get it. I've got about 10 hours and would rate it 8.5/10.

I noticed it's definitely my kind of game, and I enjoy Obsidian (KOTOR2 anyone?), but the cost is making me hesitate a bit.
$80 CAD
- and that's for the non-Deluxe Edition (though as far as I understand, the Deluxe Edition includes a few extra skins, a digital art book, and some behind-the-scenes videos).
I'll wait a while, but on the other hand, I'd like to thank them for finally creating a solid single-player Star Wars game (though I should be honest, the single-player campaign for BF2 was decent, just not great).

Yeah... it's a great game. No nonsense, no life service stuff, just a single-player journey from the beginning to the end.

It's a solo experience with an average playtime around 14 hours, as noted in How Long to Beat. It seems to be quite narrative-driven and visually engaging, which likely limits its chances of being replayable.
