It seems the previous motherboard might lack all required drivers for the new one. You might attempt to download them from the asus website. Additionally, asus recommends installing the armoury crate app via the bios, though this step isn't mandatory and could contribute to certain problems. Remove it from the installed programs list and turn it off in the bios. If you wish to retain your current setup, purchase a separate device for the C drive, perform a clean install there without connecting any other devices, and later reinstall the old C drive once more.
