Details: Ryzen 5700X Strix B550 Gaming WiFi II 32GB Ripjaws 3600Mhz Corsair rm1000x Red Devil Ultimate RX 6900XT Samsung 980 M.2 NVME PCIe Express 3 4x Arctic Bionix P120 1x Arctic P14 Some Seagate 2TB HDD Samsung Evo 870 1TB SSD Connected Peripherals: iFi Zen Dac V2 Edifier R1280BT Connected to the iFi connected to the system. Includes 1 wired keyboard, 1 wired mouse, 1 USB mic, and 1 USB passthrough linked to a monitor via USB hub using my BT dongle. My problem: Ongoing microflicks every few minutes causing audio cuts. System-wide, only noticed during gaming or streaming (YouTube or browser). Highlighting that it also stops sound. Steps taken: Updated BIOS, toggled ftpm on/off, performed clean install, re-seated RAM and GPU, checked Task Manager and usage stats—no unusual spikes, temperatures normal for both CPU and GPU, no memory or CPU spikes, resource monitor unchanged, drivers refreshed. I’m really struggling, please help! For the sake of everything, I’m about to lose it with this setup. I’m ready to share any logs or details needed to fix this issue that’s been bothering me for two weeks.

This seems like an unusual driver-related issue. I’d begin by creating a consistent test to trigger the problem. Remove the DAC temporarily until you identify the cause. Disconnect the USB cable from the display and any other USB devices, then retest. Check for DDU and reinstall graphics drivers, then repeat. Reinstall onboard sound drivers and go through the process again. Run installers for the motherboard/chipset and test once more. If possible, run through the installation steps at some point—this should help pinpoint the issue, making it likely that the last change was the culprit.

Currently the problem is with AMD. I followed all your previous instructions. All updates are current. Occasional stuttering and slowdowns appear when using the laptop lightly (Legion 5Pro, Ryzen 9, RTX 3070ti, 32GB RAM).
