It makes sense, the reduced cost is a plus. (The Athlon 240GE is now $62 on Amazon, down from the $80 MSRP mentioned earlier.)
I think these budget CPUs are more appealing than the premium Ryzen 9/i9 models... In fact, they'd make a solid sub-$300 setup for someone needing just email and light office tasks. Thanks to the built-in graphics, they should handle games like World of Warships and CSGO smoothly at decent speeds.
Typically, older titles aren’t demanding much on modern hardware, and newer games often don’t need much power either. Even if they do, the difference is usually minor. Investing over $100 in a GPU here might be better used for boosting the CPU instead.

When you boost the chip’s performance to G5600 territory, it becomes a $95 CPU. The Vega 3 graphics consistently outperform the UHD630 in discrete GPU performance, giving the G5600 an edge overall. If you can afford it, you’re likely not targeting budget CPUs around $50.
