She's facing a problem where her PC won't boot and displays an error about no VBios card detected. This could indicate the card is damaged or incompatible, possibly due to a faulty PSU. The issue might stem from a bad PSU rather than the BIOS itself. MSI's warranty would likely cover the card if it was defective at purchase, but the exact coverage depends on the product details and local policies.

What's her PSU? Did her previous card function properly? If it's a local store, she can bring it back and have them test it on their equipment to check for problems—shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Since it's brand new, the warranty will fully cover any issues with the card at this point.

She uses a Corsair 850W power supply, though I don’t know its exact model. It isn’t ATX 3.0 compatible, so she needed an adapter to connect the new card. With the old one, her monitors would randomly go black and show GPU errors saying no signal. She also noticed signs of a faulty power supply, which is our next step. Otherwise, I can walk her through resetting the CMOS and see if that fixes it. Edit: It’s an RM850x model, and from the images she shared there was water or condensation on the PSU cover. She believes her AIO might be leaking as well.
