Hello, You recently purchased and installed new RAM. You adjusted the BIOS to 3600 as instructed on the packaging, but when you ran Cinebench it crashed. You performed a RAM test but were unsure where to input the specifications. You attempted to enable XMP, couldn't locate it, so you found DOCP and turned it on, but the program still crashed. DOCP equals XMP. When enabling it causes instability, you can try two approaches: first, adjust DOCP/XMP slightly and lower the frequency; second, tweak DOCP/XMP then gradually increase your SOC voltage and a bit of RAM voltage until you achieve stability. Issues with RAM stem from your integrated memory controller, motherboard connections, and the actual RAM modules. Stability often improves at lower clock speeds, but raising voltage slightly can help if you need a higher frequency.

The CPU might not run smoothly at 3600MHz, though this isn't very frequent. AMD only officially confirms the CPU can handle up to 3200MHz RAM.

It might be a chance, though you could likely adjust it with higher voltage. I'm not very experienced with RAM OC on a Jelly Co, as it's CL16, but I could probably get it to work at CL18 if needed.

Hello, I reduced the frequency slightly to about 3500mhz and it worked well. Scores on Cinebench improved significantly, though the temperatures during full load reached 75 degrees, which is 3 degrees higher than the 72 degrees I expected.
