Just set up new hardware. I verified the connectors and tested both monitors—1080p and 1440p. The BIOS functions properly, everything lights up and operates. The fans are working correctly. When I see the Windows 11 screen and log in, the display disappears and my mouse and keyboard stop responding. The last time I powered it on, it reached the login screen before the screen went dark. Hardware appears to be functioning fine. For the GPU, I’m not using the included adapter but instead the PCIe power cable from the PSU. It has a dedicated slot labeled something like a 12+4-pin PCIe connector. It seems like a software problem—possibly a driver issue. If anyone can assist, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

The 5000 series is facing black screen problems, and it seems many users are experiencing similar issues. An article from tweaktown discusses the situation and notes that a fix from Nvidia or Microsoft is likely coming soon.
