Hi, before upgrading to a Ryzen 5 3600 your system performed well. After the change, the fans speed up significantly each time you restart or exit BIOS. You've already updated the chipset drivers.

Check your latest BIOS version and see if you modified the fan settings yourself.

Have you checked if you can modify the fan curve settings in the BIOS?

It only increases after a restart. Once restored, it goes back to standard operation.

I'm using a specific motherboard, and I haven't checked if its BIOS is up to date.

It's typical since fans start at full speed until the BIOS loads and begins interpreting the fan curve data. Temperature readings guide the system to adjust fan speed rather than maintaining 100% rotation, which helps prevent overheating. This behavior can also serve as a safety feature—during intense gaming sessions that spike CPU and GPU temperatures, the system may abruptly reduce fan speed to avoid damage.
