New PCIe gen 5 GPU leads to RAM speed problems?

I recently upgraded my GPU and installed the Gigabyte RX 9070. My existing system includes a 7800X3D 2x16 kingston 6000mhz (expo profile) X670 Aorus Elite ax M.2 slot. On the first day everything worked smoothly without any stability problems. The next day, while trying to boot, I noticed a red LED on the DRAM indicating a boot failure. The system attempted to restart and then prompted me to restore settings to default, which eventually allowed the PC to boot again. After some troubleshooting—such as updating the BIOS, reinstalling drivers, and re-adding RAM—I still couldn’t get my RAM to run at 6k with the new GPU, even though it worked on the first day. I decided to disable Auto Configuration in the X16 PCIe slot to force Gen 4 support, and the RAM now functions properly under the expo profile at 6k. The motherboard only supports x4 Gen 5 PCIe slots, likely for storage purposes. Also, the RGB lighting on my RAM seems to activate now, unlike with other components. The previous GPU used more power, so I suspect the issue isn’t related to the PSU. Does anyone have similar experiences? This seems reasonable to others.
