I agree. @Helsing13 Update your 9400F with the ME firmware (available on the motherboard support page, and also update the BIOS). Use the latest version of ME and chipset driver (found on the driver support page for MB).

Start a fresh Windows installation, verify all connections are correct.
What is your RAM speed? Ryzen requires a minimum of 3000MHz for optimal performance.
If you meet those conditions, expect around 160fps on ultra settings.
