Both USB ports beneath your network port are USB2. Try using them during installation. Since it's an Intel card, check the support page for the ASRock H610M/AC and download the necessary drivers. You'll need the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver and utility version 19.5.5.1052. Also, get the hard disk controller drivers, unpack them, and place them in a folder on your USB Windows installation drive. Make sure to download everything except Norton—Windows includes Defender, so free options are unnecessary.

You need to open the file and follow the instructions provided. Once you're done, place it in the designated folder as specified.

You might attempt a right-click to check for an extract feature, or use 7zip to open and unpack the files, creating a fresh directory as usual.

What will be placed in the folder apart from the extracted zip file? And what should I be searching for within the extracted documents?
