You've set up a system with a 13600kHz motherboard and a Z790 Wi-Fi card paired with an EVGA 1070 graphics card. Despite some booting into Windows, you're having trouble accessing the BIOS and getting a proper startup. It seems like the BIOS isn't showing up or responding at all, even after flashing it. You've already tried most troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work.

I've tested various GPUs, reset CMOS, flashed BIOS updates, swapped boot devices, and replaced the fresh CMOS battery. I'm completely stuck and MSI is asking for a return if I send the board in for repair. It would be really helpful if anyone could assist, since I've been working on this for several days now.

The board was acquired recently. Do you qualify for a return from the seller?

Have you attempted to start without any drives attached? A replacement part might be the ideal fix. You could also consider borrowing or renting a machine until the issue is resolved? Wishing you success!

Located the fix! The outdated DisplayPort firmware on my GTX 1070 was the issue. Updating it on another PC allowed me to access the BIOS. Appreciate your help!
