The pc specifications are as follows: I5 13600K, Motherboard Asrock B760 Pro rs/d4 wifi, RAM HyperX 3200MHz (2x8gb), NVMe Kingston KC3000, PSU Seasonic Focus GX850, GPU MSI 3060Ti. I tried various fixes including resetting CMOS, reinstalling Windows, re-seating RAM, and checking the CMOS battery voltage at 3.09. After reinstalling Windows it functions properly, but within 2-3 hours it fails to start normally. It seems the system either prevents power-on until CMOS is reset or shuts down immediately after loading Windows.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! How are you managing the processor temperature? You might want to check if reinstalling the cooler helps. What operating system are you using? Where did you obtain the installer from?

Using the pre-applied thermal paste on the Deepcool AK400 cooler, the operating system is Win 11 Pro. The image came from the official Windows website. Bios temperatures were around 36°C.
