I assembled a new PC:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Gigabyte X670E AORUS MASTER (rev. 1.0) EATX AM5
Corsair Vengeance 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
Asus TUF GAMING OC Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB
Pre-flashed the latest BIOS before powering it on. Initially, everything functioned properly, I installed Windows 11 and some applications. Reboots were successful. The following day, the PC wouldn’t boot, not even into BIOS; only a CMOS reset resolved the issue. The LED Debug code displayed 4d, but this code wasn’t included in the manual. Additionally, the memory LED was active. After a CMOS reset, it booted normally into Windows. However, after shutting down, only a CMOS reset would restore functionality. I attempted to downgrade the BIOS, but it still wouldn’t boot even after a reset. I then re-flashed the BIOS, yet the problem remained:

Wont boot into Windows
Wont even boot off the Win11 installation USB
Today I replaced the RAM with Kingston ones (which are stated as compatible from Gigabyte), but the issue persists
🙁
Anyone have an idea?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Please note the make and model of your PSU. If it's from an older build, mention its age. The next day, PC won't boot at all, not even into BIOS; only a CMOS reset worked. After a shutdown, a CMOS reset is necessary for booting. You may wish to clear the CMOS after confirming the BIOS was successfully updated to the latest version. Unplug the power and display, then remove the CMOS battery, hold the power button for 30 seconds, and replace it after 30 minutes. Which two slots are the RAM slots on the motherboard? Also, which one did you flash—downgrade or upgrade?

Hey,
thanks for your replies!
my PSU:
Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
the 2 rams slots being used are the recommended A2 and B2
is there a difference between clearing the CMOS (I have been doing it via screwdriver touching the 2 clr_cmos pins) and removing the battery? Removing the battery is so hard, because it has a cover and I need to remove the gfx card to reach it...

Reduced to one RAM stick. Started Windows.
👍 Rebooted without issues...
Restarted after 5 minutes, stuck in loop.
👎 Can't get back into Windows
🙁 What's going on?

I purchased fresh RAM but the issue persists: first boot works fine, then it starts looping.
I also bought a new motherboard and the same problem occurred...
A new CPU was installed as well, yet the problem continues! What’s going on?
