Hey there! I see you're having some issues with your PC for DOTA 2. With an i7-10700F, a GTX 3060, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD, you might want to check the graphics settings or update drivers. Also, ensure your RAM is properly recognized and consider cleaning up unused space on your SSD. Let me know if you need more details!

Have you verified the FPS limiter or VSync settings?

Currently, VSync is disabled and the FPS limiter remains at its maximum setting.

Have you explored the DDU and NVidia driver clean install method? https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html

You can measure performance using 3DMark and check your result. A 3060 is card number 60 with a score of 8696. On the 3DMark site scores come from Time Spy Graphics benchmark. https://benchmarks.ul.com/compare/best-gpus There’s a free version on Steam but it wasn’t visible. Techspot offers the 3DMark Basic Edition. https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5775-3dmark.html

The issue seems linked to low idle GPU clock speeds when under stress. The display shows 255Mhz for the GPU and 405Mhz for memory, but it might be specific to DOTA 2.

The 19W seems unusual.
