I removed the CMOS and attempted to boot without a drive, encountering the same problem again.

Testing with just a Mobo, CPU, 1 stick of RAM, and GPU?

I haven't tried yet, but I'm not sure if it's the right idea since all four sticks have worked on my old PC. If you believe it's worth a shot, I'll give it another go later.

I've tried it with just a mobile, CPU, one stick of RAM, and GPU, and the same problem occurs. I also checked if placing the mobo in the case on the standoffs would fix it, but nothing changed. I'm running out of ideas now. My plan is to ask this friend for their opinion, and if they can't solve it, take it to a repair shop.

Yeah, it seems like a problem with one of the parts. My thought is it might be the motherboard, though it's tough to check without another one.

Sorry, it took a while but I finally brought it to a repair place. I had everything except my graphics card and ram. The technician managed to keep it running and boot into the bios consistently. He relocated the graphics card to the bottom PCIe slot and accessed the bios there to update it. However, when I returned home to set it up again, the same problem persisted. I tested the card in both PCIe slots, tried different RAM configurations, and even used various combinations of RAM sticks—still nothing changed. I’m puzzled because I believe a short circuit shouldn’t be the issue, as it was working properly at the shop. Confused.

the specific item you picked up from the shop remains unclear. it wasn't necessary for you to take everything. the method you used to link to the monitor is also not specified.

I brought my motherboard, CPU, and power supply to the shop. The main reason I didn't bring my graphics card and RAM was because they were functioning perfectly in my current PC, so I thought they weren't the issue. I didn't want to be without a system for a day or two, which turned out not to be a wise decision. I'm connecting to my monitor through a display port, and I'm using the same DPI slot on my GPU as I normally do.
