Hello, I hope you can assist me!
I recently received a PC with pre-built components and am facing problems with the display.
The monitor is an AOC 180 Hz, 1440p model, and it's installed on an MSI 5070ti trio, MSI Pro B850 S, with 32 GB of Corsair DDR5 RAM, Windows 11, a 2TB Samsung 990 SSD, and an 850 Corsair PSU.
I made sure everything is connected properly, but when I try to launch it, the motherboard logo appears first, followed by flashes, then the system starts loading but freezes.
I searched online and changed the PCIe slot settings from auto to Gen 4 and Gen 3 without success.
I also tried other ports, but nothing worked. I’m not sure if it’s showing up in the BIOS at all.
Additionally, I’m having trouble booting into safe mode and can’t uninstall any drivers.
The PC came from CyberPower and has been tested before being shipped.
I really need help resolving this issue.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to include your complete system details. Please list the specifications in the following format:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
Does the system freeze when you enter BIOS? I’d begin by checking all connections to your devices via the PSU. After that, it would be wise to take a thorough look inside to ensure nothing was damaged during transport.

850 corsair psu is the advertised power rating for this device, but Corsair is the manufacturer. What model are you looking for? For your motherboard, the BIOS version is available. If the iGPU is turned on, make sure to disable it. Consider removing the HDD from your build and check if that improves access to the OS GUI. It might be helpful to create a bootable USB installer with Windows Media Creation Tools; we may need to reinstall the OS if there are any issues inside. Also, have you reached out to Cyberpower PC about this problem? Don’t try to fix a brand new system.

Lied about the psu: MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5 850W PSU [306-7ZP8A18-CE0] - brand new
Bios version: E7E80AMSI.2A20
BIOS build date: Jul 11 2025
I can get into the OS GUI when sometimes but not always
There is a switch on the GPU for silent and gaming, looks like it's set to silent at the moment should i change that to gaming?
I have emailed but its Saturday at 10 pm, so i am very unlikely to hear from them until Monday

I can access the windows recovery or repair interface. I’m not sure whether this problem is related to Windows or my graphics card.

I've managed to start in safe mode and landed back on the desktop. Could it be a GPU problem rather than an issue with Windows 11?

I resolved the problem by running in boot mode, removing the NVIDIA drivers, reinstalling them, and everything functioned correctly.
