Here’s a revised version of your text:

I found the CPU-Z validation link to view all my specifications in detail: https://valid.x86.fr/01ysh1
Hello, I’m really looking forward to my new PC, although it’s at a mid-range level. My previous machine was quite outdated, and for instance, it barely handled games like Fortnite.
What I’m trying to confirm is whether this new system is functioning properly and if these problems are typical.

I first noticed the performance issues in Rocket League. Interestingly, the choppiness isn’t always linked to FPS drops—it tends to happen most often when the FPS is locked at 60 with VSync turned off. It seems that setting the FPS cap to my monitor’s refresh rate wouldn’t be a major concern. My conclusion would be that these inconsistencies stem from brief screen tears—tiny cracks that are hard to see but cause that “jagged” feel. To improve the responsiveness, I simply raised the FPS cap to 120 in Rocket League, and the issue disappeared.

On the other hand, Fall Guys behaves differently. Without VSync, the game remains capped at 60 FPS (likely because it detects my monitor). Unfortunately, Fall Guys runs poorly on this machine compared to my older setup. Turning VSync on seems to resolve the problem, though I did experience a few stutters—something that shouldn’t happen with such a game.

Lastly, playing Fortnite smoothly on this PC is surprising given the single-channel RAM. I’m not sure if it’s due to my hardware or just the monitor’s 60 Hz refresh rate compatibility. Rocket League works well, but I’m wondering why I need to set my cap to 120 on a 60 Hz display? Could this be a compatibility issue with my GPU or CPU? Should I consider returning the PC and buying another one?

Please let me know, thank you very much.
By the way—yes, I’ve updated all my drivers.

Your performance is lagging and operates in single-channel mode. You should have purchased a 3200MHz kit (2x8GB) for this setup. Ryzen processors require quicker memory to function optimally.

Okay, so nothing faulty right? I'm trying to find a suitable upgrade for the ram to become dual channel - Here is what it looks like inside my PC

Next, here's a purchasable link I could find to best fit:

Here is a revised version of your text:

The validation link provided for my PC specifications is https://valid.x86.fr/d72xye. In certain games where I can't adjust the FPS from 60, the screen tearing becomes extremely uncomfortable, making it feel like the game runs at only 30 frames per second. However, the FPS remains consistently above 60 throughout, with no frame drops observed. The issue appears to come and go occasionally, sometimes becoming so severe that audio distortion occurs as well (though this is uncertain). Typically, resolving it involves enabling VSync on, which introduces significant input lag and isn't ideal. Alternatively, uncapping the framerate from 60 works in some cases.

In games such as Fall Guys, the experience becomes nearly unplayable—the screen appears to be shaking or highly unstable. It's difficult to uncap FPS in Fortnite while using a 60 Hz monitor, possibly due to a design oversight by the developers.

I have tested three different 60 Hz monitors at home; for instance, Fortnite runs smoothly without any problems. However, I can still uncap FPS in Fortnite.

So, is this a hardware flaw or just a normal occurrence? I'm not entirely sure. It seems unlikely that 60 FPS would cause more problems on a 60 Hz display compared to higher refresh rates like 120 or 200 FPS. All drivers are up to date, and no overheating or unusual behavior has been noticed.

Please let me know. By the way, thank you for your help. Also, here is the link to the CPUID information I shared: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberp...b-...Id=6362427
